I have a background in guiding individuals, startups, government and multinational corporations to achieving success through people. My areas of expertise and successful achievements include leadership, sales, DEI, business development, marketing, entrepreneurship and innovation. I hold a B.A. in Economics from Florida A&M University. I am married and have two wonderful children.

As someone who has trained in various methods of leadership such as Ken Blanchard’s Situational Leadership, the Center for Creative Leadership, the Human Performance Institute, and the Harvard Business Review Leadership for New Managers, I understand the importance of not managing people, but leading them to be the best version of themselves.
